THANK GOD IT´S FRIDAY (IN COSTA RICA)!

If, like me, you live in or around the city of San José, you can forget what a beautiful country Costa Rica truly is, with all the traffic and noise encompassing our hectic schedules and infringing upon what really matters: family, friends and taking time out to enjoy the wonderful gift of nature.   So, my dear friends, may I make a suggestion?  Loosen your tie, kick off your shoes and head towards the coast or one of the stunning National Parks this weekend.  Now take a deep breath….inhale, exhale. and relax!
