Seasons by Shlomy offers poolside dinning with a Mediterranean Fusion menu.
The menu consists of fresh, local caught seafood, a variety of vegetarian dishes along with several meat dishes. They also feature daily specials according to the daily catch as well as a “you catch it we cook it” option. Some favorite menu items are the “Sashimi” in which their version incorporates sizzling sesame oil, ginger, and scallions; or try the red snapper filet pan seared with Portobello mushrooms, caramelized onion and balsamic vinegar. Their dessert menu offers a white chocolate mousse topped with strawberries and Season’s Toblerone dense chocolate with almond nougat and rich chocolate ganache.
