Pescatore Restaurante is a seafood restaurant that offers a fusion of Peruvian and Mediterranean cuisines. Owner and Chef, Regis Molina, a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Peru, has created a menu that is both unique and original, fusing the flavors of Peru and the Mediterranean into a unique dining experience.
Although Pescatore Restaurante specializes in seafood, the menu also features ceviches, risottos and pastas. Specialty dishes include lobster fettuccini with pisco, ceviche of tuna with passion fruit, mussels with garlic gratin, fish stew, tenderloin sauteed and grilled octopus.
The restaurant is modern and classy, and is ideal for business lunches or fine dining. Pescatore also offers a terrace for an outdoor dining option.
