Pacifico Bar
Pacifico Bar is a no-frills open-air Tico style bar in the village center. The Pacifico bar is a happening spot on Sunday for reggae night and is one of the only bars open on Mondays.
The Pacifico Bar has a circular dance floor that attracts large crowds on feature nights. The bar has a pool table and live DJ music that is generally varied with a mix of Latin, Salsa, Hip-Hop, Reggae, Reggaeton and Dance. The bar has a history of drawing a real party crowd, for example on Wednesday nights they have a wet-t-shirt contest.
The Pacifico Bar has the same owners as the Babylon Reggae Bar, so the atmosphere is very similar.
Wednesdays is Ladies night where ladies drink free from 10:30pm-12:30am. Sundays are reggae night and Mondays are Latino night. Tamarindo iced tea goes for ¢2500 and local beers for ¢500-1000.
The Pacifico Bar has many special event nights including Reggae nights and Ladies Night.
