Mi Tierra Restaurant
Mi Tierra Restaurant was opened in 2002 by Mr. Carlos Calderon Solano, who wanted to give the province of Cartago a new concept of typical Costa Rican food.
Wanting to rescue the old traditional food of Costa Rican, the way his ancestors used to make it. The restaurant itself is very beautiful, constructed with 60% wood-based materials and the rest is steel and other materials.
