La Fabbrica Pizzeria Restaurant
La Fabbrica Pizzaria opened their first pizzeria on 1 June 2003 in the neighborhood of San Jose, Los Yoses. Founded by the Piccirilli family, Donna Anna and two sons Valerio and Matteo.
From the beginning, they decided that customer satisfaction was their number one priority, and agreed that the best way to achieve this goal was to provide high quality, original fresh food Italy at an affordable price for everyone.
Little by little, with hard work and effort, this family pizzeria has grown to become one of the more popular traditional Italian pizza chain’s in the country. With six stores located in Escazú, Los Yoses, Heredia, Alajuela, Santa Ana and La Sabana, they have succeeded in traditional Italian cuisine and thus brought a little of their native culture of Italy here to Costa Rica.
