Clarita’s Beach Sports Bar and Grill is a local and expat hangout. Clarita’s is located right on the beach at the North end of Jacó and is a no frills simple beach bar. Clarita’s does offer a tasty menu for breakfast, lunch or dinner, featuring their barbecue grill, serving local seafood such as red snapper, Mahi-Mahi, Dorado, and Ahi Tuna along with delicious dishes of chicken, shrimp, ceviche. They also offer more traditional style bar food including burritos, enchiladas, pasta, pepper steak, barbecue ribs, and even filet mignon.
Clarita’s is a ‘Hot Spot’ for Thursday nights when this Costa Rican beach bar gets the party started, rammed early with locals, tourists and expats. On Thursday nights, Clarita’s offers $1 beers, so it’s a good place to start your night before heading out on the town.
