If you are in the mood for some Japanese food in San José, Banzai Sushi Asian Cuisine is a new little Sushi restaurant in Escazú. Banzai Sushi is located in the Plaza Florencia, just 600 meters North of Commercial Paco.
Banzai was created with an inspiration of Japanese and Asian food culture. One of the chefs is of Japanese descent and another chef of Asian decent creating a menu of Japanese and Asian fusion.
Banzai Sushi Restaurant is a very contemporary modern space where the contemporary art of sushi can be fully enjoyed. The menu offers traditional rolls, such as Vegetarian, California rolls and more. The menu also offers 18 unique rolls created by the chefs.
