AmaTierra is a retreat and wellness center located about an hours drive from San José towards the Costa Rican Pacific Coast. The retreat and spa are all part of a cozy and intimate 10 room eco-mountain lodge that offers a great open aired yoga studio and wellness center. Their main goal is to “have people cared for and care free”

AmaTierra Wellness Retreat specializes in Yoga retreats, workshops and honeymoon vacations. The eco-lodge is run like a bed and breakfast with locally grown organic produce.

The retreat offers Hatha yoga classes for every body, of all ages or ability levels.
The Spa packages offer very natural massage therapy, energy balancing therapy, detoxification therapy as well as mini-spa treatments such as facials, manicures, pedicures and aromatherapy foot baths.
