SALT Restaurant is the latest addition to grace the Manuel Antonio dining scene. SALT restaurant is located along the main drive from Quepos to Manuel Antonio beach. The restaurant can be found on the East side of the road in Plaza Yara.
SALT offers a cool vibrant atmosphere that is open aired and surrounded by a lush jungle setting. If you are lucky, you might even catch a glimpse of a few monkeys.
The menu at SALT is primarily seafood with a cool fusion twist, however there are some delicious international dishes including the White Truffle Seared Filet Mignon and Chicken Parmesan served with camote fries and Sea Salt. For a starter, perhaps try their Calamari with Wasabi Mayonnaise.
